Custom orders can involve sizing alone, or extend to leather type, color, hardware, or design changes to an existing style. Tell us upfront which of these apply so the design can be scoped correctly.

Step 2: Take Accurate Measurements

Most fit problems trace back to measurement, not construction. Our measurement guide walks through chest/bust, shoulders, sleeves, waist, hips, and garment length step by step.

Step 3: Choose Materials

Decide between cowhide and sheepskin (or ask us for a recommendation based on your design), plus any hardware or lining preferences. See our Materials & Quality page for guidance.

Step 4: Submit Your Order

Submit your measurements and preferences through our Custom Order page. Our team will confirm feasibility and any design details with you before production starts.

Step 5: Production

Your piece is cut and hand-assembled to your specification in our Karachi, Pakistan workshop, following the same construction process used across our catalog — see Our Craftsmanship & Manufacturing Process.
