Our products are made from genuine cowhide, sheepskin or lambskin leather — not synthetic or bonded material. Each product page states the leather used for that item.

Yes. If a standard size doesn't fit, submit your measurements on our custom order page and we will confirm the details with you before production starts.

Keep it away from prolonged direct heat and moisture, wipe clean with a soft dry cloth, and use a leather conditioner periodically to keep it supple. Store on a padded hanger out of direct sunlight.

Every item is made to order. Production normally takes 14–15 working days, after which your order ships with a tracking number. Delivery time after dispatch depends on your location and the carrier. See our Shipping Policy.

We ship within the USA and worldwide. Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown at checkout. Customs duties or import fees on international orders are the customer's responsibility.

You can request a return within 15 days of receiving a non-custom item in unworn condition with tags. Made-to-measure and customised items are replaced only if they arrive damaged, defective or different from what you ordered. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
