2. Pattern Cutting
Panels are cut to the garment's pattern. For custom orders, the pattern is adjusted to the customer's own measurements rather than pulled from a fixed size block — this is the main practical difference between a standard-size piece and a made-to-measure one.
3. Hand Stitching & Assembly
Panels are stitched and assembled by hand, with extra attention at stress points like seams, straps, and hardware attachments — areas that matter even more on restraint gear, armor, and outerwear that need to hold up under real use.
4. Quality Check & Finishing
Finished pieces are checked against intended measurements, stitching, and hardware function before shipping. Custom pieces are checked against the specific spec the customer requested.
